Kanstantsin Siutsou (Bahrain-Merida) won the stage and is now also in the overall lead. Radoslav Rogina crossed the finish line 56 seconds later, a great effort that was good enough for forth. Rogina is now also fourth on the overall standings.

Radoslav Rogina: “I’m very happy with my performance today. I would take that result if somebody would offer it to me before the race… It could finish even better with different tactics. There is still a lot of kilometers on the race and anything can still happen. I hope I’ll be able to take a good rest and make another good ride on Saturday.”

Jon Božič was not as active today and he lost white jersey, but he’s still second in the points competition.
