Glivar Gal & Aljaž Omrzel national TT champions
Slovenian time-trial championships took place on the course Ljubljana – Domžale – Ljubljana. Adria Mobil Cycling did outstanding results in the junior categories, Gal Glivar and Aljaž Omrzel both took titles in their categories. Grega Gazvoda was 4th in the elite men race.

TT championships took place in Ljubljana, in the same time as the big storms crossed Slovenia. Dark clouds were also all around the race course, and maybe that also helped Jan Tratnik to set the record of the course and win elite man race. On the end weather didn’t influence the race, only part of the course was wet.

Aljaž Omrzel: “It’s always special when you take a national title. Weather was not the best, but I felt excellent on the bicycle. Title gives me motivation for the rest of the season.”

Gal Glivar: “I felt great ahead of the race and I was hoping to take the title. Race route was not to my likings, but I gave everything I had and took it. This victory means a lot to me, it’s always special to win the national championships. I want to thank the whole team for taking care of us.”
