It’s getting easier to breath in China
We got another sprint finish on the Tour of Qinghai Lake, this time it was won by Onur Balkan from Turkey. Adria Mobil cyclists didn’t do that good and just caught top-20. Radoslav Rogina is still 3rd overall.

Tour of Qinghai Lake has now came to lower altitudes, today’s stage took place between 1.400 and 1.500 meters above sea level, which is huge relief for the cyclist. Thicker air was obvious during the race, as we also saw attacks from the cyclists that barely managed to survive in the last days.

Many riders tried to escape, but there wasn’t a combination that would satisfy everybody. The speed of first 100 km was so between 50 and 60 km/h.

Three riders managed to create a breakaway at hundred kilometer. Leading Colombians didn’t pay much attention to them, so team Nippo - Vini Fantini - Europa Ovini took over the chase. They didn’t do very good, so team Adria Mobil helped and the riders were caught in the last kilometers.

But it seems that the team used too much energy and it didn’t create a good position for our sprinter Dušan Rajović. Tomorrow is a rest day.
