Dušan Rajović finished in green
17th Tour of Qinghai Lake finished today with the stage on the streets of Lanzhou. Adria Mobil did good on the race and is leaving back home with stage victory, 3rd place overall for Radoslav Rogina, 2nd place on team rankings and the green jersey!

Last, 13th stage of the race gave us a great fight for the green jersey, with Adria Mobil Cycling attacking the jerseys and French team Delko Marseille Provence KTM defending it. Adria Mobil’s Dušan Rajović won three intermediate sprints – with big thanks to great support of his team – and took 8th place on the end of the day; that was enough to go in the lead on the points classification by 4 points and go home with green jersey.

Fastest sprinter today was Australian Kaden Groves, team Mitchelton – BikeExchange.

Team Adria Mobil is satisfied with racing in China – it’s traveling back home with good overall results, green jersey and one stage victory.

Radoslav Rogina: “I’m happy with my result, especially because I got ill ahead of the most important stage… I defended third place overall despite that, but I couldn’t do anything more to advance in the following days.”

Dušan Rajovič: “First and foremost I want to thank my team. Guys were in control of the race for the whole day and were sprinting with me on the intermediate sprints. We did it, jersey is ours. This was great finale of the race, but we have to go home quickly and get ready for the next race in Czech Republic.”

Team was in China for nearly three weeks and had 13 stages in 14 day, but there is no time to rest. On Thursday the team is already on the start of the Czech Cycling Tour.
