Žiga Grošelj 10th on CCC Tour
54th edition of CCC Tour - Grody Piastowskie (UCI 2.2) is over, our highest ranked cyclists is Žiga Grošelj. He was 15th on the last stage, which was good enough for 10th place overall.
Sports Director Branko Filip: “Last stage of the CCC Tour was very hard, it had 6 categorized mountain finishes. Our team leader Radoslav Rogina had some technical issues with the bike on the first one and lost contact with the main group. Only Žiga Grošelj could keep up with the race leaders. We’re now going back home for training and races in June – Koln, tour of Hungary, Tour of Slovenia and national champs.”
Race winner is Kamil Małecki (CCC Development Team).
