Press release: Cycling club Adria Mobil is decisively against any kind of doping

Eržen was a coach of our elite men cycling team from 2003 to 2013, when it was agreed that he’ll leave the club and Boštjan Mervar will take over his position.
Cycling club Adria Mobil always had zero tolerance towards use of any kind of doping and also demands from all of its cyclist to sign yearly anti-doping clause. Next to that club gives a lot of effort in the education and awareness of its cyclists about the harm of doping.
Zero tolerance to any kind of doping is one of the statues of the sports philosophy, morality and ethic. We also follow all rules of the national and international institutions that strictly condemn doping.
Cycling club Adria Mobil defends the standpoint that global anti-doping have to do their mission in full scale. This is not just in the interest of cycling, but also in interest of all athletes and sport as a whole. At the same time club condemns the media attack that casted the shade of doubt on the extraordinary success of the Slovenian cyclists with Primož Roglič in the front row. Primož started his cycling career in Cycling club Adria Mobil and we’re very proud of this.
