Adria Mobil fifth on Coppi e Bartali
Dario Cataldo is winner of the last stage of Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali, individual time trial from Pavullo to Castello di Montecuccolo. Adria Mobil’s fastest rider today was Klemen Štimulak, national time trial champion, with 34th time.

Final time trial was very hard, with individual sections on the concrete road that had grade even 20% - because of that most riders entered the stage with their road bikes.

British Team Sky was the most victorious team on the race, they won four out of five stages. Their rider Peter Kennaugh also won the race. Adria Mobil Cycling finished this demanding race below expectations, but the race was still a success. Matej Mugerli finished 23rd overall and had this to say after the race: “I’m satisfied with my racing. I would like to have 3rd stage the same as last year, when I was third, but that was not the case this year. Riders that were racing Tireno Adriatico were racing in higher ‘gear’ than we, we simply didn’t have such a strong race this year. Only regret I have is from first stage, we could get more out of it.”

Team manager Boštjan Mervar: “The race was very demanding, especially second stage. We missed our goals, but the racing was great nevertheless. Radoslav Rogina is not in his top shape yet, others finished where expected.”
