45 MEDALS FROM OUR CYCLISTS AT THE NATIONAL CYCLING RACING CHAMPIONSHIP

From 7 to 9 February 2025, the National Road Cycling Championship for juniors, seniors and members took place at the Novo Mesto Velodrome. 39 sets of medals were awarded in ten different disciplines over three days. Our cyclists won 45 medals, 21 gold, 14 silver and 10 bronze medals. Among the juniors, Lenart Dejak stood out, winning 4 national championship titles and one bronze medal. Among the seniors, Tim Mervar was the best with five (3 x gold, 2 x silver) and Mai Prevejšek with four medals (3 x gold, 1 x bronze). Among the seniors, Iva Colnar won 4 (2 x gold, 2 x silver), and Klara Eliza Rodič won 3 medals (2 x gold, 1 x silver). Nejc Peterlin shone among the members, winning 6 medals (4 x gold, 2 x silver), Anže Skok (1 x gold, 1 x silver, 3 x bronze), Jaka Špoljar (1 x gold, 1 x silver, 3 x bronze) and Tilen Finkšt (1 x gold, 2 x silver, 1 x bronze) were also excellent.
