TILEN FINKŠT SECOND BEST SPRINTER IN CROATIAN ISTRIA
The Istrian Spring Tour (2.2) stage race ended yesterday in Umag with the last stage from Pazin to Umag (118 km), in which our former member Dušan Rajović (Team Solution Tech - Vini Fantini) was the fastest, Tilen Finkšt was again in the game for the top places, finishing the sprint in 7th place. Results of the last stage: https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/istrian-spring-tour/2025/stage-3 Tilen Finkšt, who wore the blue jersey before the last stage, was ultimately second in the points of the best sprinters, with Dušan Rajović collecting the most points in this classification: https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/istrian-spring-tour/2025/points Finkšt was also seventh in the 1st stage from Poreč to Funtana, and fourth in the prologue in Vrsar (ITT). The race winner was Frenchman Adrien Boichis (Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Rookies), second with the same time was Spaniard Adria Pericas (UAE Team Emirates Gen Z), and third was the winner's clubmate, Briton Callum Thornley (+ 4 sec). Tilen Finkšt was 38th (+ 1:15 min), 51st Matic Žumer (+ 2:02 min), 52nd Anže Skok ( + 4:01 min), 75th Teo Pečnik (+ 11:50 min), 102nd Marcel Skok ( + 17:08) and 103rd Aljaž Turk (+ 17:11 min): https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/istrian-spring-tour/2025/gc
