Dejan Rifelj: “Everything is tip-top”
Adria Mobil riders are ahead of the last big race of the season – this Sunday they will compete on the team time trial race on the UCI Road World Championships in Ponferrada, Spain. Team mechanics & staff are already on the venue, making sure that everything is ready for the riders. One of the team mechanics is reporting that everything is “tip-top”.

Adria Mobil Cycling featured a great success in 2013, the team was 12th on the championships. This makes the job harder, since the expectations are higher. Team is almost the same, but it is hard to expect an improvement of that result. Team manager Boštjan Mervar ahead of trip to Spain: “I expect a result that will be very close to the one from one year ago. Unfortunately we will not have Tomaž Nose with us; he was one of the pillars of the team, but he is still recovering from the injury. Primož Roglič, really an excellent rider, will take his place, but he lacks the experiences from this kind of events and is technically not as strong as Nose. At least the course is to our taste – it’s very hard with a lot of ups and downs.”

Team Omega Pharma – Quick Step will defend the title. Race starts on Sunday at 14p.m.

Saturday is reserved for the official training – UCI decided that Adria Mobil will be the first team out on the road.

Team for the World Champ: Matej Mugerli, Kristjan Fajt, Primož Roglič, Klemen Štimulak, Radoslav Rogina, Bruno Maltar
