Radoslav Rogina is back

Radoslav Rogina is back
Adria Mobil Cycling’s management has announced that team captain Radoslav Rogina will race again. He was recovering after the crash and injury that took place on Umag Trophy on the first weekend of April. Rogina will race with rest of his team on the weekend, on two races from Belgrade to Banja Luka (Serbia).

Marko Kump and his victory on the Grand Prix Adria Mobil is still fresh, but the season has to go on. Team travels to Serbia, for two second category races from Belgrade to Banja Luka. First race will start in capital and finish in Brčko, second will go from Teslič to Banja Luka. Races will serve for training for the Tour of Croatia that is back in the UCI calendar. Race is now organized by Vladimir Miholjević, and will start in Makarska on 22nd April and finish in Zagreb on 26th April. First category race will be live on Eurosport, which is a great chance for Adria Mobil riders to present themselves to the wider public. Team will be racing with all riders, since Radoslav Rogina is back.

Radoslav Rogina said: “I can’t wait to race again. I know that it will not be easy, this was the longest break I had in my racing career. I have four weeks of training behind me, but only last ten were without limitations and problems. I feel better every day, but the race this weekend will be the real test.”

Team manager Boštjan Mervar: “We go on the races with optimism. I’m glad that we are complete again. I believe Kump can win a stage and that Primož Roglič will pair with the best for the overall victory.”
