Into uncompromising battle with world stars
22nd edition of Tour of Slovenia lies ahead of Adria Mobil Cycling, the race that represents main goal for the team from Novo mesto. There are many strong teams on the start, but Adria’s riders aren’t afraid of anybody and are promising that the will fight with every atom of power. Great result is in reach with motivation and aggressive racing.

Team showed great form on recent Tour of Malopolska, especially Marko Kump that won first two stages and became the overall winner of the race. On the Tour of Slovenia he will again aim for good results in the sprint finishes. Stage with the finish in Novo mesto is to his taste, but it’s not impossible that he will also came with the big group to the finish in Kočevje. Radoslav Rogina and Primož Roglič are Adria’s favorites for the overall result. Roglič already won stage race in Azerbaijan earlier in the season, while Radoslav is still hungry for a great result this season.

Team manager Boštjan Mervar is optimistic ahead of the race: “Rogina and Roglič are out top contenders for the overall standings, but we shouldn’t forget on young Domen Novak that will fight for the white jersey of the best young rider. Marko Kump will bet everything on the last stage, but he might also attack in the seconds; that depends of the race development. The whole team is in great shape and we can be optimistic about it.”

Team captain Radoslav Rogina: “Race in Poland represented the last part of the preparations for the second part of the season and Tour of Slovenia. I think we are ready as a team. It’s hard to talk about expectations, since the competition will be very strong. We will give our best on the race and see where will that take us.”
