Radoslav Rogina up there with the best
Cyclists are done with one of the most important stages on the Tour of Qinghai Lake. First mountain stages broke the peloton in small groups, Ukrainian Oleksandr Polivoda is now in the overall lead. Adria Mobil’s Radoslav Rogina is in the third overall.

Riders had to face 3500 meters high pass on the stage from Xining to Qinghai Lake, and they faced quite a few problems there. As expected, Marko Kump, the winner of the first two stages, had to say goodbye to the yellow jersey.

Riders reached finish line in several small groups. Ten riders were in the first one, including Radoslav Rogina, who took third and also holds third position in the overalls. Adria’s second overall contender Primož Roglič was 21st with one minute gap. Here from the first two stage came way behind the leaders, but Marko Kump still holds on to the green jersey for the best points rider.

Fourth stage is also going to be hard – the riders will have to face 185 km from Qinghai Lake to Gangcha.
